My online coaching offers a comprehensive yet simplistic and straightforward approach to well-being, weight loss and your mindset! My team delves into your nutrition, fitness regimen, habits, and stress management. Through our guidance, you’ll gain deeper self-awareness, understand your body’s unique needs, and craft a holistic lifestyle tailored just for you.
I am a lifestyle and fat loss coach who empowers women to transform their mindset, relationship with food, and physique. Drawing from my own journey of shedding 55 pounds, I’ve experimented with diverse dieting and training strategies to offer proven results. My mission is to help women achieve their peak condition and foster a healthy lifestyle with renewed confidence.
No, your training programme will be tailored to what you specifically have access to. I can programme for the gym , home training or a hybrid plan. Any extra activities you enjoy such as pilates or running will be tracked in app too!
If your goal is physique specific we will track calories and macros to assess your programme week in week out. If you have food triggers and tracking is not beneficial we will use an holistic approach if better suited to help you heal your relationship with food and nutrition.
All of your coaching is done in the coaching app. You have a weekly check in form with specific questions so you know what information to give me. You attach your measurements, progress photos and all questions and requests. I will reassess your programme based off the information given so you are on the right track and the plan stays tailored towards the goal for the duration of coaching.
You can pay upfront or in monthly instalments for your package.
Each package and tier has different advantages and additional features. My sales assistant will talk you through all the options and which one suits your goals best
